Requirements :
Must have at least 2 year of experience
Must be willing and able to :
- Receive and unpack all liquor orders
- Receive and unpack produce order
- Receive and unpack beer order
- Check on orders
- Do inventory with the bar manager
- Keep walk- ins organized and clean
- Maintain ice machines
- Clean all bar surfaces, floor drains, shelving
- Be point person for all service techs and repairs,
- Be extremely self-sufficient and motivated to work with bar managers on projects
