We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the revamp of our career website, transitioning from ICIMS to Workday Recruiting.
This role focuses on managing vendor relationships, facilitating reporting, and ensuring smooth integration with internal infrastructure teams and ATS platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the website revamp to ensure it is modular, fast-loading, and optimized for mobile responsiveness.
- Implement advanced job search features, such as keyword search, location filters, and enhanced search functionality (e.
g., Google Cloud Talent Solutions).
- Manage vendor partnerships to ensure all integrations with our internal infrastructure are scoped, understood, and executed on time.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align project objectives with recruiting processes.
- Facilitate reporting on project status, vendor performance, and site analytics, including tracking search clicks and job description page views.
Key Qualifications :
- Strong project management skills, including experience running meetings and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience with both ICIMS and Workday Recruiting is ideal , particularly from an integration standpoint.
- Knowledge of HR and recruiting processes and how they integrate with ATS platforms.
- Familiarity with infrastructure teams to scope and implement integrations.
