Job Title : SAP Technical (ABAP) Lead
Location : Lake Forest IL Bradenton FL - Hybrid
Type of Hire : Fulltime Permanent
Salary - $130K-$135K / per Annum plus benefits
Job Description :
- 12+ years of SAP experience as an SAP ABAP consultant and 2+ years of SAP S / 4HANA experience including implementation experience
- At least 2 SAP end-to-end implementation experience and at least one S / 4HANA Implementation / conversion experience
- Proficient with Traditional ABAP WRICEFs
- Experience in EDI design, development, and implementation, mapping and testing with a knowledge on Business Process and B2B Mapping
- Experience working with CDS, Adobe Forms, RF screen Programming, CDS views, APIs.
- Mandatory skills : SAP ABAP, API Development, BODS
Prerequisite :
- Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate.
- From the requirements, able to develop a high-level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver.
- Able to advise the engagement owner about the risks associated with this work package.
- Ability to conduct / lead oral status / technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements.
- Ability to apply technology and consulting to solve a client business problem.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to engage with client stakeholders and project team members both onsite and offshore.
- Very strong communication skills, ability to co-ordinate with project team and work independently
- Team player with ability to collaborate and direct multidisciplinary teams (could be from different implementation partners)
- Strong understanding of Sprints and project deliverables
