Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides / Certified Caregivers to join our team at our Liliha and Kane'ohe facilities in Honolulu, Hawaii.

As a Nurse Aide / Certified Caregiver, your presence and care will make a significant impact in the lives of our elderly patients, whether they reside in their own homes or in residential facilities.

Your primary objective will be to assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, dressing, grooming, and bathing, while prioritizing their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

In this essential role, your responsibilities will extend beyond daily activities.

You will also diligently monitor and accurately document each patient's health, making necessary adjustments to their customized care plan based on their condition.

This aspect is vital for providing comprehensive and individualized care.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering personalized services based on each patient's unique care plan
• Assisting elderly patients with daily activities, such as feeding, bed care, and mobility
• Thoroughly monitoring vital signs and meticulously documenting each patient's health status
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment to promote the overall well-being of our patients
• Providing companionship and unwavering emotional support to prevent any feelings of loneliness
• Accompanying patients to medical appointments and running necessary errands
• Administering medications as directed
• Performing any other assigned duties

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

Additional education will be considered a plus.

A valid certification as a Nurses' Assistant, Nurse Aide, or Certified Caregiver is required, along with previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably.

Furthermore, possessing a current or valid HI state driver's license with a safe driving record and having knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and office procedures are crucial.

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service abilities, as well as effective communication skills, are essential for success in this role.

Being flexible, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines is also imperative.

In return for your unwavering dedication and hard work, we offer a highly competitive salary range of $18 - $25 per hour, with weekly payment.
