Job Summary :
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) or NAs (Nursing Assistants).
This is a full-time individual contributor role in the Franchise industry, located in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a CNA / NA with Always Best Care Senior Services, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our senior clients by providing exceptional care and support.

Compensation & Benefits :
The CNA / NA position at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu offers competitive compensation of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly.
In addition to weekly pay, employees may also be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.

Workplace Selection : Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace / Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities :
- Providing personal care and assistance to senior clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Monitoring and documenting clients' physical and mental well-being
- Communicating with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met and any concerns are addressed
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Requirements :
- Active CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii
- Prior experience working with seniors, preferably in a home care or assisted living setting
- Compassion and patience in working with seniors and their families
- Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
