Summary : The Technical Trainer for Distribution systems is responsible for managing, coordinating and enhancing the training programs for Airgas Merchant Gases.
They are responsible for designing, implementing, evaluating and tracking training courses and materials to ensure that our associates are skilled, knowledgeable and capable.
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for the training of new systems, processes, data and continuous improvement. Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, operations management, organizational management and / or another related degree.
In lieu of a college degree, four to six (4-6) years equivalent experience of which 3 years of that experience is Airgas experience in Distribution and / or Logistics, required
3 years training, competency or instructional experience
3 Years in a training role, preferably in a technical environment
3 years experience with instructional design
