Kelly Education has opportunities available for Instructional Support Aides / Paraeducators in Hoover City Schools. We have 5 day a week openings as well as positions with flexible work schedules.

Job Requirements :

• HS / GED minimum education
• Previous experience in the medical field is desired, but not required

Responsibilities Include :

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs within the classroom.
• Model the ideas that embrace diversity and inclusivity while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions.

A full-time paraeducator may also be referred to as paraprofessional, 1 : 1 aide, education technician, teacher aide, instructional assistant, classroom assistant, education assistant, learning support assistant, and teaching assistant.
