Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SME Strategic Planner to join our team in the Washington, D.

C. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• The Business Process Engineer supports the facilitation of process improvement initiatives across the ES PAE portfolio of programs.
• Support working sessions for process improvement, analyze the value stream and process flows, and develop business cases for process optimization and / or technology application, including providing integrated program expertise for controlling, disseminating, and reporting on projects including compiling, analyzing, and reporting on status for all projects.
• Use multiple tools and methodologies to analyze data and processes for performance improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience
• BA / B
• Experience using process design / re-engineering methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Process Optimization).

Desired Qualifications :

Six Sigma Certification

Clearance Requirements :

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability.

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
