Salesforce Functional Solution Architect :
- 8+ years’ experience as Salesforce Business Analyst
- Strong experience in Agile way of working
- Conduct pre- PI planning sessions
- Create and Manage environment strategy
- Manage performance review and act timely to strengthen the team
- Manage and distribute the workload effectively across tracks and resources
- Apply strong Salesforce product, business process, methodology & ecosystem knowledge to drive success
- Identify, handle, and mitigate program risk
- Experience managing multiple Scrum teams across onshore / offshore
- Ability to create professional project management templates
- Experience in managing external and internal Stakeholders.
- Experience in sprint planning, estimating, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue & escalation management.
- Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus.
