We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced House Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successfully managing staff, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications :
- Certification : Have ARF Admin Certification (nice to have), be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and maintain certification, certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
- Management : Successfully manage and supervise staff, assist with training new staff members, fill in for staff callouts
- Medication and Inventory Management : Competent in Medication Management, complete inventory management
- Data and Compliance : Understand and ensure the completion of all data requirements
- Scheduling and Meetings : Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, attend weekly management meetings, attend biweekly meetings with support services
- Teamwork and Housekeeping : Work well in large teams, ensure house cleaning duties are completed
