Duties :
- Produce and present monthly financial reports for 3 LLCs.
- Complete reconciliations of bank account
- Support planning and analysis initiatives with ownership - constant research and communication of cash flow
- Maintain and balance general ledger
- Assist with processing invoices and posting transactions
- Support various projects including implementing controls
- Manage external relationships with CPA firm, bank, and benefit representative
- Complete year end tasks to prepare for CPA
- Payroll for 35 individuals
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in Accounting required
- 4+ years of full cycle accounting experience needed
- Previous experience in QuickBooks preferred
- Self-starter - ability to work independently, develop internal processes / controls
- Organized and multi-tasker
