Hours : 40 hours per week
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Caseload : Preschool through 12th Grade
Start Date : Immediate
End Date : May 30, 2025
Support : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) available for assistance
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in Mountain House, CA, for the 2024 / 2025 school year.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, ranging from preschool to 12th grade, in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of occupational therapy needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom setting.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Supervise and collaborate with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to ensure comprehensive care for all students.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid California state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with school-aged children across a range of developmental stages is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
