Position Overview :
We are seeking an Accounting and Finance Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in accounting and finance positions, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
This position is on-site in Boise, ID.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sourcing Candidates : Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Screening Resumes : Evaluate candidate qualifications by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and assessing skills relevant to accounting and finance roles.
- Client Engagement : Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific job requirements.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance throughout the interview process.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging roles in accounting and finance to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Recruitment Administration : Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in accounting and finance is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
