TECHNICAL LEADS (13 yrs)

Location : Contractor work shall be primarily performed remotely, with a minimum of six (6) required in-person

meetings in Sacramento, California

Normal hours of access are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT),

Duration : 12%2B months

All candidates MUST HAVE NG911 experience

Local to CA preferred

Any visa is fine but prefer USC

Technical Leads shall be responsible for all PNSP, RNSP, PSAP, Cal OES, and Call

Processing Equipment (CPE) maintenance provider, scheduling and notifications. Specific instructions

will be developed by Cal OES and the Contractor; however, general tasks include, but not limited to the

following.

The Notification and Scheduling tasks shall include, but not limited to :

a. Notify all NG 9-1-1 vendors and PSAPs when the schedule has been developed.

b. Notification to PSAPs, PNSP, RNSP, Cal OES, and any other vendor / stakeholder as necessary,

that is scheduled a minimum two (2) weeks and 48 hours prior to the scheduled pre 1 migration and migration dates.

Provide PSAP notification via email and a telephone call to all contact persons on record provided

by Cal OES.

d. Maintain a log of all communication to each stakeholder.

e. Support conference call bridges to ensure compliance with testing plan.

f. Build and maintain a schedule to complete pre-migration testing and carrier migration at each

PSAP.

g. Manage daily schedule and notify NG 9-1-1 vendors, PSAPs, Cal OES, and stakeholders.

h. Reschedule PSAPs in the event the appointment is cancelled or unable

to be completed and communicate with NG 9-1-1 vendors, PSAPs, Cal OES, and stakeholders.

i. Ensure all resources needed from NG -1-1 vendors, PSAPs, Cal OES, and stakeholders have

been notified and available to support the testing plan.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

a. Minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business

processes. At least three (3) of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

b. Possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.*

Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year

basis.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

a. Minimum of three (3) years of

experience with complex IP networks that deliver voice and other data elements.

b. Minimum of three (3) years of

experience with project planning and analysis, milestone tracking, and status reporting
