- Data administration role
- Responsible for 4-5 regions for a total asset of 1000 vehicles, daily driver vehicles, portable assets
- Working with regions to assign drivers or changing driver assignments, making sure all registrations are renewed, coordinate deliveries to make sure all are insured and registered
- Entry level (1+ years) in data administration, written and verbal, highly organized
- Hybrid - Mon and Fri remote, Tues-Thurs in office
- CST hours but open to EST hours
- Open to other backgrounds, no Telecom needed
What you will bring to the table as a Business Analyst
In this role, you will be supporting AE&O Fleet operations for drivable and trailer assets. This position will support field engineers, fleet operation and other stakeholders supporting all vehicle, mobile tool, and trailer needs.
As Analyst - Operations Support, you will be responsible for supporting administrative processes required to sustain operations for mobile assets.
- Support Fleet drivers through facilitating and distributing registration renewals and new registrations.
- Facilitate vehicle retirements and assignments through Fleet Operations
- Coordinate and distribute Verizon Connect GPS units as needed for new vehicles or replacements.
- Facilitate vehicle retirement, assignments as well as reassignments through, Fleet Operations
- Monitor vehicle utilization.
- Execution focus, while highlighting risks and dependencies, resolving conflicts, and contributing to project plans.
- One or more years of relevant work experience in Fleet operations.
- One or more years of experience in collaborating with Fleet Management Companies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree, or one or more years of work experience.
- One or more years of relevant work experience in project management or project coordination.
