LPN is responsible for providing appropriate healthcare and instruction to patients, clinical support to Physicians and healthcare providers, and general administrative support to WCCH / FFM by performing tasks associated with walk-ins patients including CLIA waived lab tests, weight checks, STD and TB testing, monitoring vital signs, refilling medications, prepare and dispenses medications, administers injections, instructions patients on treatment and medication procedures, and completes medical forms.
Phone patient with lab test results and answer questions with the scope of the practice.
Prepares examination rooms with appropriate equipment and supplies and provides lab results to the Physicians and instruct and guide patients on treatment purposes.
The LPN will also assist the practice in many other duties.
