Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate NAs / CNAs for a fulfilling position that offers competitive compensation of $18-25 per hour.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver compassionate and supportive assistance to clients with their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Create a nurturing and comforting environment by offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Proactively monitor clients' health and behavior, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor to ensure their well-being and safety.
• Promote a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and security.
• Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive and holistic care plans.
• Provide reliable and safe transportation for clients to appointments, events, and errands, enabling their mobility and independence.

Requirements :

• Possess a current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Aide (NA) in the state of Hawaii, demonstrating your dedication to professional caregiving.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred, although we highly value compassion and commitment.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with and understand our clients' unique needs.
• Show proficiency in both independent work and teamwork, as collaboration is crucial in providing tailored and comprehensive care.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to fulfill transportation responsibilities for our clients.
• Successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug test to guarantee the safety and well-being of our clients.
• Demonstrate the physical capability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks, ensuring their physical comfort and security.
