Qualifications

To win big in this role you need to discover, design, and solve complex problems, build customer trust,

execute a consultative sales process, and communicate our value proposition clearly. Experience in a

construction or industrial solutions related field with a technical sales focus is a requirement. A bachelor’s

degree in engineering or construction management is preferred but applicable experience will be

considered.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and must be able to pass pre-

employment background, credit check and drug screening. Tufco Flooring LLC maintains a drug-free and

Compensation is salaried plus an uncapped commission structure that yields an earnings potential of

$250k or more. In addition, the Sales Engineer will be provided with a vehicle, mobile phone, laptop

computer and reimbursed for reasonable travel and Sales Engineer expenses. For extraordinary talent,
