The Western Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales within the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their outside sales experience to expand market share, nurture client relationships, and achieve growth targets across the Western region.

Focus :
Increase sales volume with electrical distributors and wholesale lighting distributors in commercial and multi-family markets, focusing on MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and New Construction segments.
Manage and cultivate relationships with existing pro contractors, sales representatives, and lighting contractors to drive business growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including setting goals and objectives aligned with corporate directives. Execute up-selling programs and introduce new products and services to existing customers.
Represent the company professionally, embodying its mission and values consistently. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market developments within the territory.
Maintain a robust and well-managed sales pipeline to ensure forecasted sales targets are met. Organize travel efficiently to provide comprehensive sales coverage within the territory (approximately 50% travel required).
Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and agency sales teams, conducting joint sales calls and providing product training and support.
Skill Set :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the lighting industry, particularly in roles involving extensive client interaction and territory management.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing complex customer relationships. Strong understanding of LED technology and the lighting market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.
