About the Role
Location : Remote - Michigan residents (initial on-site training - Saginaw, Michigan)

As a remote Travel Consultant at Morley, you’ll provide expert travel knowledge to our Fortune 500 and Global 500 clients.
You’ll help with flight planning, fare information, schedules and other logistics. Every day is a new adventure. Our business partners will be informed and on schedule no matter where they are, thanks to your customer service expertise.
Most importantly, they’ll be wowed by your warm and friendly customer service every step of the way!
What You’ll Do
- Help customers with airline reservations, car rentals, hotels and other travel-related services
- Manage in-route travel changes
- Monitor arrival / departure flights for groups
- Enter and maintain flights for groups
- Accurately process tickets and exchange transactions
- Provide air cost estimates for upcoming events
- Deliver high-quality service to all customers
- Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors
Schedule
Initial on-site training : You'll attend one to three days of training at our corporate headquarters campus in Saginaw, Michigan.
Morley will arrange your travel and lodging. There is a reimbursement program to cover 'll train in our casual, friendly office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants.
You’ll also have access to our free on-site workout facility.
During operations, you will work remotely. The schedule is consistent and includes one evening shift each week : Monday through Friday (no weekends)Normally : 8 to 5 Eastern timeOne evening shift : 10 to 7 Eastern time

Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-resolution skills

- Ability to meet deadlines
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite)
- Have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years’ experience in a related profession
- Knowledge of the travel, hospitality or transportation industries
- Knowledge of travel industry systems (, Sabre, Amadeus or Travelport)
Nice to Have
Associate degree in a related field
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
