Title : Support Specialist - Health Information Partners

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Health Information Partners (HIP).

As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide timely and efficient technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HIP software and services
  • Document and track all client interactions and solutions in the company's database
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct regular training sessions for clients to ensure proper usage and understanding of HIP products
  • Assist with software testing and provide feedback to the development team for continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide recommendations for product enhancements or new features
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and terminologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude towards change and growth
