In this role, you will be responsible for devising sales strategies, setting targets, nurturing our sales team, monitoring their progress, and ensuring the achievement of our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop effective sales strategies to drive team performance and exceed sales goals.
- Set clear targets and goals for the sales team to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
- Foster the growth and development of the sales staff through coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of each team member, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
- Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure streamlined operations and maximize overall sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
