In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to provide assistance, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.

Your daily responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, processing orders, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, a friendly and professional phone manner, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
