Flow Society is currently looking for full-time Fashion CAD Designer to join our Union City, NJ team! Flow Society is a rising star in the online retail industry, specializing in stylish lacrosse attire.
We're passionate about providing lacrosse enthusiasts with trendy and high-quality clothing that reflects their love for the game.

How we invest in you :
- Pay : $50,000 / yr
- Shift : M-F; 9-5 with hybrid schedule!
- Medical, dental, vision insurance for full time employees!

Responsibilities :
- Creating original artwork from scratch and photo images.
- Creating colorways and repeats.
- Pitching artwork and working with Pantone colors
- Working on seasonal color and print inspired research
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prints at one time
- Flexible and organized and quick at CAD artwork
Qualifications :
- CAD experience required
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
- Detailed oriented with a keen eye for accuracy Speed is critical
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift focus as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to write succinct messages and communicate clearly
- Proficient in Photoshop, Excel, Outlook, Illustrator
- Organized and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on several projects at once
