The NNL IT Department is seeking a highly motivated Network Administrator to join the Networking and Communications team.

This team manages and maintains Enterprise networking infrastructure key to supporting the NNL mission. You will have opportunities to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide networks including use of specialized applications and tools, responsibilities may include supporting enterprise network equipment, diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, and deploying new technologies.

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience;

or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills Experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols (e.g. VLAN, Ethernet, ARP, BGP, OSPF) Working knowledge of network monitoring technologies (e.

g. Cisco Prime Infrastructure, StatSeeker, WUG) Strong understanding of various Cisco technologies (e.g. Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ISE) Experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, BIG-IP DNS, and Palo Alto Firewalls.

Experience with Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure. Ability to make decisions on network strategy and direction.

Demonstrated customer service skills, coupled with strong teaming, organization, and interpersonal skills. Experience working as a technical lead on implementing large networking projects and initiatives.
