Your job is to help turn creative ideas into real products smoothly. This role needs someone who can solve problems, work well with others, and handle tasks in a team.

Responsibilities : Team Collaboration :

Team Collaboration :

• Collaborate with graphic designers to turn creative ideas into ready-to-use files, knowing the requirements for different printing methods and materials.
• Work with production teams to make sure machines and processes are set up for smooth manufacturing, needing a good grasp of basic industrial practices.
• Use graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite to check if designs can work and make needed changes. Make sure designs match production standards and fit the team's skills.
• Improve processes in light manufacturing, manage resources, and fix problems. Know how materials and methods impact the final product.

Quality Control :

• Check that graphic products look good and meet what the client wants by reviewing them for correct colors, clarity, and design before making them.
• Make sure the manufacturing process follows quality rules so that all final products are the same.

Project Management :

Manage project timelines to ensure graphic designs are finished on time and all necessary resources are ready for production.

Use good planning skills to balance creative and production schedules.

Work with graphics, production, and project management teams to keep everything on track and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving and Adaptability :

Fix design problems during production, like changes for different materials or printing methods. Solve issues like equipment breakdowns or supply delays to keep the production process smooth and efficient.

Requirements :

• You should have a high school diploma. Extra training or certificates in manufacturing or graphic design are a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or light industrial is preferred.
• You should be good with machines and know how to use graphic design software.
• You need to have strong communication skills and be a team player.
• Pay close attention to details and aim for high-quality work.
• Be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift heavy materials.
• Be open to working extra hours if needed to meet deadlines.
