LHH is teaming up with a client in Cheswick that is in need of an Electronics Technician with Customer Service skills in Cheswick.

This is a contract to hire position, applicants can expect to perform tech support with customers on electronic parts, troubleshooting with them over the phone, as well as occasionally receiving the parts and performing inspections on them.

Responsibilities :
- Account Management and relationship building with clients
- Troubleshooting and answering client questions
- Performing on electronic components and making light repairs
- Usage of an ERP system
Qualifications :
- Must have knowledge with inspecting and light repairs to electronics
- Customer service skills
Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
- Expertise with the Microsoft Office products and ERP skills preferred
- Electrical repair skills
Experience :
Two years of experience preferred

- Full time 40 hours per week
- 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, Monday thru Friday
