RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma / Equivalency with business curriculum preferred and One year of customer service experience.
• Act 33 / 34 / 73 clearances
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen
• Experience in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel a must.
• Record keeping skills and knowledge of managed care criteria preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE : This is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Part-Time : 24-30-hour work week, Daylight Monday through Friday with availability to work an occasional 12-8 shift if needed;

With flexibility based on the needs of the unit.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

• Will provide quality service to all individuals served and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• We are looking for a professional that has the experience with clerical / administration functions, confidentiality, multi-tasking and works well within a team-based approach.
• This position is expected to perform clerical and administrative duties in order to maintain program and registration operations including : communications, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, Insurance registration and the basic coordination of day-to-day services.
• Follow all established documentation, policies and procedures.
• Prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines, urgency of needs and departmental policy.
