Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for coordinating internal Digital Experience programs playing a critical role to keep the leadership team in sync.
Support and analyze related to vendor management, time tracking, and reporting.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Track and coordinate Digital Experience leadership initiatives assisting with tracking follow ups and managing to resolution.
- Support initiatives by coordinating large groups testing cycles, survey, or large group data aggregation.
- Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement within project management and departmental operations.
- Assist in managing departmental calendars, setting up leadership meetings, and planning for and coordinating department events.
- Manage CXO recognition program; host periodic meetings with Digital Experience representatives participating in the program.
- Serve as primary point of contact for the Office of the CXO including correspondence, solicitations, and departmental request.
- Carry out departmental requests and follow through to resolution using the Service Now platform.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE : Associate's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY : Computer Science, Accounting or Business Administration
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 2 years' experience in a clerical and / or administrative capacity, preferably in Technology
COMPETENCIES / SKILLS :
- Knowledge of program management and development procedures.
- Knowledge of basic Accounting, budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
- Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and efficient.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment / discretion.
