BENEFITS
Competitive Salary & Bonus : We offer a strong starting salary of $50,000, increasing to $55,000 after a successful 90-day introductory period.
Additionally, you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to $5,000.

THE ROLE : IGNITING YOUR PASSION FOR COFFEE & PEOPLE
In this dynamic role, you'll wear many hats, working directly with the Director of Operations as their right hand. You'll gain a deep understanding of all our operations, from the roasting process and barista craft to warehouse management and hiring initiatives.
Your days will be filled with exciting challenges : developing training programs, implementing quality assurance measures, and strategizing process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
As an Area Manager, you'll champion positive communication. You'll empower your team by recognizing their strengths, setting them up for success, and ensuring they feel valued in delivering our high-quality products.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & LEADERSHIP :
- Proven Leadership : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry. A strong track record of motivating and developing teams to achieve results.
- Operational Expertise : Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations, oversee food and beverage tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Strategic Planning : Experience with revenue tracking, profit maximization strategies, and budget adherence.
- Exceptional Customer Focus : Passion for creating a welcoming and positive customer experience.
- Coaching & Development : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and support team members.
- Safety & Compliance : Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to ensure adherence.
- Weekend & Holiday Availability : Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS :
- Prior experience within the coffee industry (a plus).
- Proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g., inventory management systems).
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
