Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Mid-Level Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK! This is a critical skill for one of Boeing’s fastest growing sites, Oklahoma City.

In this position, you will be involved in the grassroots of new programs and delivering new capabilities to the war fighter.

This position may be called upon to support any of the programs located at the Oklahoma City site including legacy bombers, command and control aircraft, as well as national and international executive aircraft.

Position Responsibilities :

Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and / or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.

Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.

Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.

Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.

Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift Work :

This position is for 1st shift.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements :

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

An Interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

3+ years of experience in collaborating and working across teams

3+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite

Experience with strong computing skills, excellent communication skills and being customer-oriented.

3+ years of experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, and baselines

3+ years of experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and / or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) schedule applications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) : how many years?

3+ years of experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment

3+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role

Typical Education / Experience :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.

g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation :

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel :

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary Pay Range : $81,600 - $110,400
