Job Description : We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Estimators to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and presenting proposals to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities :
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for countertop and remodeling projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and explain estimates to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Track and manage multiple estimates and projects simultaneously.
- Update and maintain estimation databases and records.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an estimator in the construction or remodeling industry.
- Strong knowledge of countertop materials, remodeling processes, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
