Business Analyst- Healthcare
3-5 years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required
At least 2 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required Understanding and hands-on experience with USCDI standards and US Core IG with practical applications.
Stay current with emerging FHIR standards regulations and healthcare trends to guide innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
Experience analyzing and document FHIR-based healthcare requirements
Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above and relationship managers
Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD User Stories etc.
Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies Self-starter with strong communication presentation relationship building and strategic analytical skills
Strong time management goal setting and task prioritization abilities Minimum requirement of Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
