About the role : As Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will plan, execute and scale our event marketing programs in order to elevate the LiveRamp brand, drive pipeline and grow revenue.

Reporting to the Head of Events, you will be a vital member of the marketing team responsible for developing our 1st and 3rd party event strategy, delivering business impact, and creating engaging event experiences.

You will :

  • Deliver flawless planning and execution across LiveRamp's corporate event marketing portfolio, including our flagship RampUp conference, industry activations such as Cannes Lions and Advertising Week, internal events including Sales Kick Off and President's Club, and special projects based on the needs of the business.
  • Evaluate and own our 3rd-party event strategy, recommending where we can get the most impact for our marketing dollars.
  • Be a liaison between Marketing and sales in order to define event goals, drive attendance, and deliver results.
  • Manage event operations including event staffing, speaker management, internal readiness and be the primary contact for vendors, agencies, contractors and venues.
  • Work with a cross-functional team on the production of all event-related assets, including content, digital experiences, sponsorships, campaigns, landing pages, and sales outreach.
  • Measure program impact, and develop post-event reports and insights to generate learnings for improvement.

About you :

  • 10+ years B2B events experience on the client and / or agency side
  • An expert in both event strategy and execution, with a proven track-record of managing multiple programs simultaneously
  • Results driven and accountable for the success of your programs
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organized and detail focused
  • Experience working across all levels of an organization, including C-suite
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to professionally manage through stressful situations involving change or ambiguity.

  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Cvent

The approximate annual base compensation range is $128,000 to $165,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
