Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our e-commerce warehousing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and efficient shipment processes.

We are looking for someone who is not only organized and proactive but also excited about the opportunity to coach and grow their team.

We believe in being on the warehouse floor, working alongside the team, rather than being confined to an office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead daily operations of the e-commerce warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to improve productivity, accuracy, and teamwork.
• Coordinate order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. We also manage will call orders, providing efficient service for customers who prefer to pick up their orders directly.

We handle between 250-1000 orders per day, ranging from parcel, container, TL and LTL shipments.

• Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and minimize costs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing safety standards and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and IT, to support business needs and enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize our in-house developed Warehouse Management System (WMS), which allows us to make changes quickly and efficiently, to track stock levels and ensure accuracy.
• Develop, implement, and refine KPIs and performance metrics for warehouse operations.
• Be present on the warehouse floor, working closely with the team to provide hands-on support and ensure operational success.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in inventory management software and other relevant systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Current Team and Schedule :

The warehouse team currently consists of 10 members who work between the hours of 7 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, with core hours from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
