We’re seeking candidates for Production Worker roles to work on the 1st shift. Compensation for these opportunities is $20.

What you’ll do as a Production Worker :
- Follow the orders of management and supervisors according to the production schedule.
- Communicate production issues or equipment breakdowns to the supervisor in charge and / or maintenance department
- Package manufactured products according to specification requirements
- Label and stencil packaged goods according to customer specification requirements
- Monitor the metal detector according to the HACCP plan
- Verify the accuracy of production scales according to procedure requirements
- Maintain consistent bag weights according to customer specifications
- Neatly palletize packaged goods according to specification requirements
- Perform processing control checks according to procedures and specification requirements
- Composite sample finished products for each lot and batch according to the established testing program
- Complete accurate daily production reports for verification of labeling and traceability of materials
- Load and unload shipments following food safety requirements; maintaining product security, product integrity and verification of inventories
- Maintain sufficient documentation in support of the food safety program
What you need to be a Production Worker :
- Ability to communicate with other coworkers and work well in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
