This is a full time ( - Status) day shift Engineer II- Building Operator position in the Plant Ops department.
Operates, repairs, and maintains stationary equipment including boilers, generators, and refrigeration in buildings, plants or industrial facilities.
Ensures that equipment is operating safely and within established limits. Conducts monitoring and failure analysis of meters, gauges and controls to determine the need for repair or replacement of parts.
Performs preventative maintenance and documents completed procedures. Attends meetings as required.
Minimum Required :
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- One to four (1 to 4) years of related work experience.
- Must obtain 3rd Class Boilers License and HazMat Certification within 6 months by incumbent employees.
On-Call / Weekend Requirements : Yes.
