Office Administrator Summary
American Hardwood Industries, a leading producer of hardwood products is seeking an Office Administrator for our West Point, VA location.
This is a part time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.
Office Administrator Responsibilities :
- All Location Administrative duties
- Receptionist responsibilities such as answering a multi-line phone system
- Data Entry
- HR duties including hiring and other duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Office Administrator Qualifications :
- High School Diploma / GED required
- 2+ years experience in an office environment - preference given to those with manufacturing background
- Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced office environment with little supervision.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Take directions from multiple managers.
