Qualifications :
- Deep rooted connectedness in your community.
- Experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus.

- Previous Experience? Spent 20 years as a paramedic, including time with Air-Evac Lifeteam; sought a career change and quickly advanced to Managing Partner.
- What he loves about life? Married for 18 years, enjoys spending time with his son on the baseball field, hunting, fishing, following the Chicago Cubs and Tennessee college sports.
Jake Ottinger : Financial Representative

- Previous Experience? Joined MWA straight out of college, the 4th member of his family to work with the company.
- What he loves about life? Passionate about 4-H, agriculture, and outdoor living; married with 3 kids.

- Previous Experience? Former associate professor at Emory & Henry College.
