Mail Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
- Receive packages from FedEx, Client, and small freight companies.
- Organize and place packages on shelves, in refrigerators, or freezers as needed.
- Handle an average of less than 50 packages daily.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
- Utilize computer systems to record materials received and shipped.
- Assist with warehouse operations, including moving and lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving (preferred).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and receiving records.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with warehouse tasks.
Certifications / Licenses :
License for shipping and receiving (nice to have but not required).
Top Must-Have Skills :
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to keep the receiving area tidy and manage package flow.
Top Nice-to-Have Skills :
- License for shipping and receiving.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles.
