Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a nationwide hospitality company is their search for an experienced Paralega to support their Brand and Marketing division for a three month contract with potential to extend.

Responsibilities :
- Support attorneys and team with legal matters for Brand & Marketing.
- Review and revise marketing materials for legal compliance.
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts with guidance to business teams.
- Manage trademark / copyright issues and partner with IP team.
- Assist with contests / sweepstakes and legal research.
- Maintain legal department database.
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- 6+ years paralegal experience (or relevant degree + experience combo).
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility and a strong work ethic.
Education :
- 4-year college degree preferred (or 2-year degree with more experience).
- Paralegal certificate a plus.
