We seek to hire an SVP level experienced business manager to focus on supporting the business growth in US Equities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support Equities management and global COO team in driving business planning and business strategy.
  • Partner with Business Heads to drive and implement strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, client strategy and business optimization.
  • Take ownership in reviewing and improving front-to-back trading workflows and systems to optimize business operations.
  • Represent the business with support functions including operations, technology, finance, risk, & legal / compliance to further effective operations.
  • Create meaningful analysis to aid management strategic decisions.

Qualifications :

  • Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience at a leading investment bank with experience in Equities sales / trading or strategy / business management role.
  • Deep knowledge of equities and derivatives products, trading, and business workflows. Knowledge in Equity derivatives, convertibles and swaps preferred.
  • Ability to structure and manage complex cross-divisional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and analytical individual.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills : ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity in written and oral form.
  • Strong analytical skills : ability to think creatively and strategically and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree. STEM, finance, business, or related fields preferred. MBA, CFA, or Series 7 / 57 / 4 desirable.

Salary and Benefits :

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $200,000 to $250,000. The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
