Outside Sales Representative
Location : Largo OUTSIDE SALES LEADS PROVIDED PEST CONTROL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
We are seeking a bright and determined person, to sell our pest, termite, and bed bug management services to homeowners and small businesses throughout Tampa, St.
Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding areas. We maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau as well as 4.9 out of 5 stars with Google, all while aggressively promoting our company, to generate sales leads for you.
We expect you to convert 2 out of 3 company-provided leads into sales, and to cross-sell / up-sell additional services to our existing customers as well as maximize the leads by asking for referrals.
You can sell residential and light commercial accounts, but the leads are nearly 100% residential. Our sales representatives earned between $60,000 and $160,000 last year.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
- Guaranteed base salary (up to $30,000) + commissions + bonuses
- Total first-year earnings $45,000 to $70,000

REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in the pest control industry is desired but not necessary
- You need prior sales experience (or a burning desire to succeed in sales)
- A professional appearance
- You are computer literate
- You have a valid Florida drivers license
- A real passion for doing the right thing for all involved - company, coworkers, and customers
- Physically fit
