About the Role :
We are seeking a committed, driven, and enthusiastic individual to join our Roadside Team in Victoria as a Service Delivery Manager.
This pivotal role will report directly to our Operations Manager, this role is designed to support a dedicated team of Roadside Service Patrols.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone considering a career in operations or looking to enhance their skills and experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include
- Providing support to approximately patrols
- Nurturing and developing strong and effective business relationships with Patrols and internal departments
- Assisting complaint investigations
- Monitoring and managing patrol’s performance
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Fatigue Management Policies.
- Additionally, the role involves :
- Maintaining an accurate compliance database, tracking licenses, qualifications, and fleet servicing.
- Review and investigate customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively to resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed to support team objectives
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a management role
- Previous strong experience in working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
- Ability to support, build relationships, manage, and motivate a diverse workforce
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative when required.
