PAVILLON, a private, residential treatment facility for adults recovering from substance abuse seeks full-time Manager for our Primary Addiction Treatment program.
Requires at least three years of experience in addiction and integrated co-occurring counseling. Prefer residential treatment experience.
Knowledge of family systems and family therapy, relapse prevention, DBT, CBT and other trauma resolution therapies. Knowledge of Twelve Step facilitation preferred.
Education Requirements : 1.Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or a related field, 2. NCSAPPB Certified / Licensed or eligible.
Experience Requirement : Must have at least three years’ experience in substance use disorder counseling. One-year minimum in a supervisory capacity.
Job Summary :
Provides clinical supervision for licensed and certified counselors and case managers in a residential SUD / Dual Diagnosis facility.
Oversees the clinical program schedule and provides overall supervision for the daily staff schedule. Provides direct substance use disorder / dual disorder assessment, education, counseling and therapy as needed for patients in individual and / or group setting.
Carries a small caseload.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage a caseload of patients as census warrants.
- Maintain and assure staff is consistent with documentation and commensurate with accreditation standards and program policies.
- Lead multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Participate in departmental staff meetings as assigned.
- Provide direct individual and group supervision to Pavillon counseling staff ensuring competencies, education and development.
- Work in all areas of the program including : Assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, didactic presentations.
- Work cooperatively and productively with fellow members of the treatment team in all areas of the program including Admissions, Medical, and Psychology, Alumni and Family Program and any new programs that are added.
- Work a flexible schedule including some evening and weekend hours when needed and arrange for peer coverage of all usual and customary duties while on vacation prior to departure
- Assist Director of Treatment Programs and Chief Clinical Officer as assigned.
- Maintain all licenses and certifications and obtain the necessary continuing education hours.

Must have satisfactory criminal background check, safe driving record, clean urine drug screen, and be comfortable driving patients to appointments and meetings. EOE.
