Job Summary :

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our National Telemedicine Service, ensuring that the delivery of telehealth services is efficient, effective, and meets the highest standards of quality and patient care.

This role requires a unique blend of healthcare knowledge, technological proficiency, and managerial skills to ensure that telemedicine services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with high patient satisfaction.

You will be involved with managing staff, overseeing project execution, and optimizing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Oversight : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the telemedicine service, ensuring smooth service delivery that meets quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve operational processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Team Management : Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Technology Management : Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure the telemedicine platform and technologies are reliable, up-to-date, and meet the service's needs.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure operations comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards.
• Patient Experience : Develop strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement, incorporating feedback to improve service delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a key liaison between the telemedicine service, healthcare providers, patients, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Budget and Resource Management : Manage the operational budget, including resource allocation and financial reporting, to ensure the service is cost-effective and resources are utilized efficiently.
• Reporting and Analysis : Monitor operational metrics, prepare reports on performance, and use data to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications :
