Responsibilities
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Quoting prices and financial options
- Educate clients on auto, home, and renter's insurance
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and maintain a client base through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for retention and referrals
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Prior Sales Experience
- State Insurance License (REQUIRED)
- Competitive spirit and willingness to learn
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must.
- Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple quoting systems
