About You

• 1 to 2 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a soft goods apparel environment
• Equestrian / riding experience a plus Western or English
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Able to lead in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of PC applications
• Experience with retail POS / inventory computer systems

RETAIL TEAM JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings / nights, weekends, and / or holidays, as well as overtime as needed by management
• May be required to attend outside events as needed

Physical Demands / Working Conditions (Time spent standing, sitting, bending, lifting) :

• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
• Frequently required to use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
• Regularly required to lift and / or move up to 25 pounds
• Visions requirements : close vision, distant vision, as well as ability to adjust and focus

The hourly range for the Sales Associate position is $12.00 - $15.00 per hour.

The hourly range for the Team Lead position is $14.00 - $16.50 per hour.

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
