JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fabrication of mechanical prototypes using manufacturing methods of Water-Jet, CNC Milling / Lathe, and 3d printing.
- Assist with the day to day operation, maintenance and safety.
- Finished product deburring, tapping, and / or secondary operations.
- Work with engineers to ensure mechanical prototypes are completed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Prepare, Set-up and Operate multiple CNC and manual machines.
- Basic knowledge of 3d printing principals.
- Interpret and complete machining operations from CAD models, drawings or verbal instructions.
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes to meet all design requirements.
- Inspect parts to verify dimensions. (Micrometers, Vernier, Gage pins, etc.)
- Intermediate knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts and other accessories used on various machines.
