We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Booking Agent to join our team in the Hospitality industry. As a Remote Booking Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking process for our guests.
This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate reservations for guests
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Ensure accuracy of booking information and update reservation system as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize booking processes
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office suite
